Speed Leasing Staffs Up Sales Team For Dealer Support

Speed Leasing is adding three new members to its sales team in order to better support the lessors growing dealer base, the company announced in a press release.

Vince Alessia, Gary Lott, and Adam Bliss will join the team as field sales managers. The three will join Brittany Stratton, who has been with Speed Leasing since the company launched in 2017, and will report to Frank Dionisi, the lessor’s national director of sales.

“We are committed to ensuring all of our dealer partners receive the individual, in-person attention and training they need to be successful,” Dionisi said. “Since launching in early 2017, Speed Leasing has expanded to support over 200 dealer partners across 20 states. We’re excited to expand our support for our current and upcoming dealer partners.”

Alessia has 20 years of experience in the retail car and motorcycle business, and previously was a general manager at Chesapeake Harley-Davidson. He’s also worked in a sales role at several other Harley dealerships, such as Valley Forge Harley-Davidson and Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson. Alessia is working with dealers partners in Pennsylvania, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.

Before joining Speed Leasing, Lott was the business development manager of Chrome Capital Group LLC, a full spectrum motorcycle lender. He also has experience in auto financing, having served as a relationship manager at SAFco. Lott will be supporting dealers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, once Speed Leasing is active in the state.

Bliss comes from the heavy equipment financing sector and will work with dealers in Arizona, Nevada, and, once activated, California.

Speed Leasing specializes in providing leasing programs for pre-owned Harley-Davidsons.  Since launching in 2017, Speed Leasing has been growing rapidly, originating $10 million in leases in less than a year.
